The hotel is located close to everything you could want, with restaurants nearby and two swim up bars on the beach. the rooms are clean and well-stocked, with linens changed upon request. the staff is accommodating, especially Enedelia in the buffet who ensures a table every morning. the breakfast options are good, and there are multiple pop-up carts serving fresh food throughout the day.
Some of the a la carte restaurants had long wait times and disappointing food quality.

I spent my Xmas break at a beach resort and had a wonderful time. the food was truly amazing, and the variety was great; every meal had something new to try. the location was perfect, with the beach just a few steps away from my room. I loved the daily activities and shows that they offered, keeping me entertained all day long.
The one thing that was not up to par was the cleanliness of the room. I noticed that the floors were not being cleaned thoroughly, and the bathroom had a stale smell, even after housekeeping had come in.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect, situated right on the beachfront with stunning views of the Cabo Arch. We could see it from the balcony of our room, and it was truly breathtaking. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. We had a king bed instead of the two double beds we initially booked, and the view of the ocean literally peeping through the fronds of the palm trees in front of our balcony was amazing. The rooms also had great amenities, including a hot tub. The prices at this hotel were very reasonable, especially considering the stunning location and the views. We felt like we were getting excellent value for our money. The staff at this hotel were top-notch. They were always friendly, attentive, and eager to help. We felt very well taken care of during our stay.
All was well, no improvements needed.

Great views of the mountains and a beautiful beach for walking. The buffet had many food options and the staff was friendly.
The hotel was extremely noisy at night, making it hard to sleep. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows too soft.
